Cyber Investigations provides IT services and consulting, supporting clients through inbound sales and service solutions.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads through phone, email, and online channels;
• Provide accurate information about services and help clients understand suitable solutions;
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in the CRM;
• Monitor new leads as they arrive;
• Deliver case updates and answer client questions;
• Support clients throughout their engagement;
• Focus on high-quality prospects aligned with the company’s services.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or collections with a proven history of success;
• Have a quiet, dedicated home workspace with a desk and reliable equipment;
• Be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Training on service offerings, lead evaluation, and best practices is provided;
• Uncapped commissions tied directly to performance;
• Approximately 500 new leads are generated daily;
• No cold calling; all leads are inbound.
