Level Up Travel & Tourism operates in the leisure, travel, and tourism sector, focusing on promoting Baku and Azerbaijan as travel destinations and driving inbound tourism sales.

• Develop and manage relationships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive inbound tourism sales;
• Respond to inquiries, prepare tailored offers and tour packages, negotiate rates and conditions, and oversee the booking process from initial contact through confirmation;
• Monitor market trends, update internal systems with accurate client and booking data, and coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery;
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts;
• Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies, participate in industry events and fam trips when required, and maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, ideally within travel, tourism, or hospitality, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term partnerships;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional proficiency in English;
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple inquiries, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records;
• Comfort with using CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software for daily sales activities and reporting;
• Knowledge of inbound tourism products, local destinations, and travel industry practices, with an interest in promoting Baku and Azerbaijan as travel destinations;
• Ability to work on-site in Baku, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced, customer-focused environments;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian, or other languages, relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
