key account manager in public sector

Alan integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. It provides prevention insurance to companies and their employees, serving more than 1 million members.

• Manage a portfolio of strategic public sector accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify clients’ needs, and help them achieve their goals through Alan
• Identify signs of dissatisfaction and implement solutions
• Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan’s health partner positioning to drive adoption among employees and administrators
• Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews
• Develop initiatives to engage existing customers
• Renegotiate contracts to provide value for customers and maintain sustainable profitability
• Represent customer needs in discussions with Product teams and contribute to the evolution of products and services

• At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including frequent interactions with C-level executives
• Full working proficiency in French, with excellent oral and written communication
• Advanced English
• Experience working with very large organizations and potentially unions
• Strong negotiation skills, tact, and empathy
• Expertise in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency
• Strong analytical skills, ability to present in-depth data analysis to clients and solve complex problems
• Strong active listening and follow-up communication skills
• Growth mindset, adaptability to new trends, and ability to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, or Annecy
