key account manager

Neuroshop builds next-generation AI-driven unattended retail solutions, including smart vending and micro-market systems that combine computer vision, IoT sensors, and integrated payment technologies. Operating across multiple European locations, the company collaborates with international partners to deploy autonomous, secure, and frictionless retail experiences.

• Serve as the main point of contact for selected EU prospects, clients, and partners, in coordination with the Business Development Manager;
• Maintain an up-to-date overview of each key account, including stakeholders, current opportunities, technical status, open issues, and next steps;
• Coordinate regular check-ins, updates, and follow-ups to ensure momentum on each opportunity;
• Prepare briefings and account summaries ahead of calls and trips for the Business Development Manager and C-level team.

• Have 1+ years in account management, client success, sales support, or business operations, ideally in B2B tech, retail technology, fintech, or IoT;
• Have experience working with European clients or partners and comfort navigating multi-country contexts;
• Possess strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple accounts and requests in parallel;
• Speak and write in English fluently;
• Have high comfort with technology: able to understand at a high level APIs, payment integration concepts, and IoT/edge devices, with no coding required;
• Have experience using CRM tools and productivity platforms;
• Nice to have: Additional European languages, familiarity with startup environments, experience with AI tools;
• English C1.
