• Meet and exceed performance KPIs related to response time, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction ratings.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A strong interest in technology and consumer electronics, with the ability to explain complex features simply.
• Previous experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred.
