• Monitor the chemical industry market on an ongoing basis, including product prices, supply and demand, competitors, customers, and relevant policy and regulatory developments; analyze market and sales data to develop purchasing and sales plans and follow through on their execution.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively developing new customers and business opportunities; understand customer requirements and provide practical and commercially viable solutions.
• Lead and support commercial negotiations with customers, including pricing and contractual terms; coordinate contract execution and follow up on delivery and payment to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Identify potential compliance, contractual, and commercial risks during the transaction process and coordinate with relevant functions to address issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with local tax authorities, banks, and customs brokers in Uzbekistan; track local market policies and compliance requirements; ensure the local entity/operations run smoothly and in full compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Good understanding of market research, customer development, commercial negotiation, and trading processes.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Adaptable and open-minded, with the willingness to learn and integrate into the local business environment and understand Uzbekistan / Central Asia market practices.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop new customers, and support the expansion of chemical trading business in Uzbekistan / Central Asia.
• Будет плюсом: prior experience in chemical trading, commodity trading, sales, or business development preferred; proficiency in English is an advantage
