TOMRA Collection is continuing to grow our Shared Service Centre in Belgrade, creating an international hub that supports our markets across Europe. The SSC already brings together operational, technical and customer-focused expertise, supporting markets as they launch and scale.
We’re now looking for an Inside Sales Lead & Tender Specialist to help establish and lead a new Inside Sales capability supporting our UK business.
This is not a traditional desk-based sales management role. You’ll have the opportunity to build and develop a team while remaining hands-on with customers, helping us create an effective and scalable way of reaching and supporting UK retailers.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day Inside Sales operation in Belgrade, combining people leadership, customer engagement, pipeline management and tender coordination.
- Build and lead the Inside Sales team, setting clear priorities, coaching colleagues and creating strong ways of working.
- Stay close to customers, personally managing selected opportunities, discovery calls, online meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop the sales pipeline, ensuring leads and opportunities are actively progressed and followed up through the CRM.
- Create a strong online sales approach, helping the team turn customer needs into engaging, relevant demonstrations and commercial conversations.
- Coordinate tenders and larger proposals, bringing together input from Sales, Finance, Technical, Operations, Legal, Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the UK Sales team, ensuring opportunities are handed over smoothly when more complex or field-based engagement is required.
- Improve how we work, developing repeatable processes, content and tools as the team grows.
If you enjoy building teams, developing people and winning business, and like the idea of helping create something rather than simply inheriting an established setup, we’d love to hear from you.
- The opportunity to drive visible, business‑critical internal improvements
- A stable position in a global, sustainability‑driven company
- An international working environment with strong collaboration across Europe
- Competitive salary and benefits aligned with the Serbian market
- Opportunities for professional development and internal growth
- A supportive culture built on responsibility, trust, and continuous improvement
- A unique chance to be a critical part of taking business growth to the next level
- Work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
