• Own the sales cycle with the largest merchants, from prospecting to closing deals;
• Drive innovation for merchants in retail, digital, platforms, and financial services;
• Become an expert in selling Adyen's financial solutions;
• Partner with technology leaders and solution providers;
• Work closely with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.

• 3–5 Years of proven experience in enterprise sales selling complex solutions;
• High energy and strong networking and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to work effectively with a global team across offices, roles, and cultures;
• Analytical and strategic negotiation skills with a commercially driven, goal-oriented attitude;
• Ability to execute and manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
• Consultative approach to educating and pitching transparently in the financial space against large banking institutions;
• Complete fluency in English and Polish.

• Office role based in Warsaw;
• No remote-only roles are offered.
