задачи
- Drive enterprise demand, end-customer engagement, pipeline creation, and sales execution;
- Work alongside strategic partners to identify, develop, and close opportunities with end customers;
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, direction, and performance management for Territory Sales Managers;
- Ensure consistent execution, forecast accuracy, and sustainable growth across the practice;
- Work with strategic partners to identify target accounts and growth opportunities;
- Engage directly with customer executives alongside partners to develop opportunities.
требования
- 5-8 Years of enterprise technology, SaaS, or software sales experience;
- Experience leading sales professionals and coaching high-performance teams;
- Strong experience working with both channel partners and end customers;
- Track record of developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities;
- Nice to have: Experience in distribution, vendor, reseller, or channel-focused environments.
