We're looking for our first Customer Success Manager dedicated to the UK market: a bilingual English–Italian marketer with agency-side experience who can take over live accounts from day one. You'll own a portfolio of UK merchants end to end, from onboarding to expansion, carry a revenue number on your book from month 3, and give our UK merchants a native-speaking partner as the market scales.

• Run your UK book end to end, from the handover from Sales through onboarding, adoption and retention, keeping Attio current as the source of truth.
• Run migrations onto TextYess from Klaviyo, Shopify Email, Brevo and Omnisend: domains, consent, templates and all.
• Build and launch WhatsApp and email campaigns and automations together with merchants, then teach them to run them on their own.
• Grow revenue by spotting and closing upsells: plan upgrades, new channels, Autonomous CRM.
• Create the bridge between the UK and the team: be the voice of UK merchants with Product and Sales, and see technical issues through to resolution with our platform team, Meta and 360dialog.

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role, with hands-on experience running email or CRM campaigns for e-commerce clients (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend or Shopify Email). Agency background strongly preferred: here you do the marketing work with the merchant, not just manage the relationship.
• You're at home in Shopify and DTC e-commerce, and can turn ROAS and attributed revenue into a commercial case.
• A track record managing a client portfolio, including renewal and upsell conversations.
• English native or fully bilingual (C2) and Italian at C1 or above, both mandatory.
• Nice to have: experience with WhatsApp marketing or conversational commerce, a migration between marketing platforms under your belt, or a network in UK e-commerce.

• Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from € 25K to €40K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
