Client services manager in digital advertising

For a US-based digital advertising company, we are looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to manage relationships with existing clients, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities for account growth. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of digital advertising with strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, including international brands and large organizations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure effective communication
• Coordinate with internal account management and campaign teams to address client needs
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and account growth
• Support discussions around campaign performance, results, and optimization opportunities

• Previous experience in client services, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in digital advertising
• Good understanding of digital advertising concepts and metrics, including CPM, CPC, and campaign performance measurement
• Familiarity with ad tags, tracking pixels, and verification tools such as DoubleClick, IAS, or DoubleVerify
• Understanding of campaign measurement, lead generation, and conversion tracking
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, preferably in a B2B environment
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and coordinate across teams
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach
