Chief of Sales Group | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Chief of Sales Group – Networking Solutions to strengthen our sales team in Turkey. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, drive business growth, and expand our presence in the Turkish market.

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

As Chief of Sales Group, you will play a key role in developing the local sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.

• Establish and develop Teltonika's sales operations in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Drive team performance and ensure the successful execution of sales targets.
• Guide and support team members throughout the entire sales process, helping them become independent sales professionals.
• Execute and adapt HQ-defined strategies to the region based on local market conditions and business opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain internal CRM and sales management systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate and assist the Regional Sales Director.
• Take on additional leadership and business-related responsibilities as required.

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a technology-driven or other business-to-business environment.
• Experience in networking solutions or a closely related industry is highly preferred, particularly experience selling networking devices such as routers, switches, gateways, or modems.
• Leadership, excellent time management skills, team-oriented mindset with critical thinking.
• Willingness to tackle challenges, result-focused personality and a track record that reflects it.
• Native Turkish and business-level English language proficiency.
• Experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring team members is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Turkey and occasionally abroad for customer meetings, events, or internal training.
