Catering & business development manager for events

Wellow Network is launching a new concept in premium dining, focused on exclusive gastronomic experiences for private and corporate events, with the ambition of becoming a reference in the premium segment in Portugal. We are looking for a Catering & Business Development Manager to lead this project, with direct responsibility for its development, growth and market positioning. This role combines strategic vision, business development and operational leadership. More than managing events, we are looking for someone capable of creating, selling and scaling a business.

• Define and execute the commercial and growth strategy, with direct responsibility for revenue;
• Build a portfolio of corporate and private clients from scratch;
• Identify, develop and close business opportunities in the premium segment;
• Develop strategic partnerships and activate acquisition channels;
• Lead the catering operation, ensuring excellence in execution;
• Work closely with the gastronomic team to create distinctive experiences;
• Structure processes, operating models and quality standards;
• Position the project as a reference in the market for exclusive experiences.

• Proven experience in business development in events, catering or premium hospitality;
• A track record of client acquisition and revenue growth;
• An active network of contacts in the corporate, events or lifestyle segments;
• Ability to build and scale a project from its initial stage;
• Strong results orientation, autonomy and sense of ownership;
• Experience managing demanding clients and complex projects;
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
