Business development manager in the SAP ecosystem

On our AI-powered SaaS platform, freelance experts join forces as Vicos, complemented by AI agents as productive team members. Vicos operate like real companies and successfully compete for large enterprise projects. 100+ Vicos already work for customers such as BASF, Siemens and Zeiss, and consultancies such as Accenture and Roland Berger.

• Position Vicoland with enterprise customers and partners as an alternative to traditional consulting.
• Conduct customer conversations, identify cross-selling and upselling potential, and maintain the CRM.
• Implement marketing measures: LinkedIn, website, outreach campaigns.
• Source and screen experts, and coordinate them through the staffing process.
• Onboard Vico leads and support them during delivery.
• Create Vico profiles and positioning materials.
• Actively use AI tools (research, outreach, content) and use Vicoland's AI features in customer work.

• Completed university degree.
• 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales.
• C2-level German and fluent English—mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to actively use new tools.
