• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients to retain prospects
• Follow financial markets and discuss market movements and influencing factors with clients
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitors’ weaknesses and commercial proposals
• Negotiate commercially viable partnerships
• Execute company plans and perform other duties assigned by management
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
• Perform other duties reasonably required for the role

• 1–2 Years of experience in Business Development or Sales; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided
• Ambition and a strong drive to achieve sales
