business development manager for medical devices

Philips is a health technology company focused on expanding access to quality healthcare through medical devices and healthcare solutions.

• Manage indirect channel partners to facilitate project realization across the assigned territory;
• Act as sales project leader in US projects, including account receivables management;
• Generate leads, hunt for opportunities, and execute the project pipeline;
• Work with end-users in close collaboration with KAMs to increase preference for Philips solutions and improve customer satisfaction;
• Focus on assigned A and B customers, including private-sector customers with potentially high purchasing plans;
• Provide structural support to KAMs and distributors;
• Provide consultative support, including product specifications and demo trials, on the technical and functional advantages of Philips HC products;
• Support the realization of multi-modality projects;
• Execute marketing activities focused on increasing KOL preference for Philips products;
• Plan sales-related activities and sales forecasts for the assigned territory;
• Collect information about market dynamics, competitive activities, products, and prices;
• Provide input for regular reviews of Philips market tactics.

• Higher education;
• 3+ Years of sales experience as a KAM or BDM in the healthcare or IT domain;
• English at an intermediate level;
• Ambitious personality and strong negotiation skills;
• Nice to have: experience in tender deals.

• Field roles are generally performed at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
