CITO 2 is an independent laboratory based in Tbilisi, Georgia, specializing in food safety, microbiological, molecular, and environmental testing. It supports food industry organizations, healthcare providers, hospitality businesses, manufacturers, retailers, and public institutions through accredited analytical services.
задачи
Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
Build and maintain client relationships across the food, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and public sectors;
Promote CITO 2’s laboratory services;
Develop and execute sales strategies;
Conduct client meetings and presentations;
Prepare proposals and quotations;
Negotiate contracts;
Manage the sales pipeline;
Collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to align service offerings with client needs;
Ensure a smooth client onboarding process;
Support long-term customer satisfaction;
Conduct market research;
Participate in industry events;
Report regularly on sales performance and business development activities.
требования
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals;
Account management and client relationship skills;
Experience in B2B sales, ideally within laboratory services, food safety, healthcare, or related technical service industries;
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements;
Solid written and spoken business communication skills;
Analytical and research abilities to understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes;
Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple accounts, deadlines, and reporting responsibilities;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field;
Comfort working closely with technical teams and learning basic concepts of food safety, microbiology, and laboratory services;
Proficiency in common office and CRM software tools;
Fluency in local language(s);
Strong command of English;
Nice to have: advanced education, experience with sales reporting and forecasting, additional languages.
