задачи
- Manage the full sales cycle for AI services and consulting, from lead sourcing and qualification through contract signing
- Research clients’ business models, processes, and pain points
- Develop tailored value propositions and business cases, including ROI justification, for decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and heads of business units
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demos for C-level audiences
- Apply SPIN and Account-Based Selling methodologies with key accounts
- Grow sales across Azerbaijan, CIS, and international markets
- Manage deals and the pipeline in CRM, maintaining accurate forecasts
- Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and pilot projects
требования
- 3+ Years of IT services sales experience, preferably in enterprise, consulting, or complex solutions
- Understanding of IT fundamentals and AI concepts, with the ability to explain the business value of technology
- Proficiency in SPIN selling and Account-Based Selling (ABS)
- Confident use of CRM systems
- Ability to create high-quality presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Higher education in computer science, information systems, or IT management is desirable but not required
