Business Development Manager

Mondelēz International develops and manufactures food and beverage products, leading the future of snacking through its categories and brands.

• Lead new business opportunities in white space retail environments;
• Sell categories and brands to new customers and expand current customers’ portfolios;
• Develop promotional pricing structures aligned with customer needs;
• Develop and implement commercial plans to strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with assigned customers;
• Prepare, negotiate, and execute business plans;
• Coordinate activities between customers and Mondelēz International internal functions;
• Maintain and develop strategic customer growth plans focused on portfolio management, listings, distribution, promotion, and visibility;
• Build and develop strong category partnerships;
• Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, assortment management, and forecast accuracy with the supply chain function;
• Evaluate, plan, and execute promotional and in-store visibility activities with cross-functional colleagues;
• Monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor developments.

• Experience in retail account management;

• Experience delivering strong results in markets with varying degrees of maturity;
• Category management experience;
