задачи
- Analyze and optimize lower-funnel processes and identify cross-selling opportunities for heat pumps;
- Create, track, and interpret relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs;
- Identify process inefficiencies, including with the help of AI, and support the development and implementation of improvement measures;
- Contribute to developing, implementing, and evaluating measures to reactivate lost leads;
- Closely support and enable daily Sales operations;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations.
требования
- 1–2 Years of relevant experience in management consulting, venture building, a startup environment, or another scaling-oriented, fast-paced environment such as Growth Operations or Business Development;
- High initiative, a strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive new topics independently from initial idea to implementation;
- Structured and data-oriented working style with the ability to quickly understand complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations;
- Fluent German, spoken and written;
- Nice to have: experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models.
