- Develop agents in target markets and drive new agent registrations;
- Plan and create engaging social media content for target market platforms;
- Establish long-term partnerships to enhance agent loyalty, trading volume, and activity levels;
- Analyze industry trends, identify potential partners, and expand market channels;
- Drive growth in agent trading volume and achieve performance targets;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service teams to address agent needs.
требования
- At least 1 year of business development experience in the exchange industry;
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills;
- Solid market insight and business negotiation abilities;
- Results-oriented with a strong performance drive;
- Native Vietnamese speaker;
- English B2 (working proficiency);
- Nice to have: Existing industry resources.
