Business development associate in medical imaging

The company works closely with hospital leaders and radiology decision-makers to provide reliable radiology IT systems integrated with CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound modalities.

• identifying and qualifying leads among hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medtech distributors
• conducting structured outreach to key decision-makers
• coordinate and deliver presentations and product demos
• gather technical and commercial requirements
• support the preparation of proposals and quotations for PACS/RIS projects
• market research
• pipeline management
• follow-up communication with prospects
• collaboration with internal technical teams to align offerings with client needs
• maintaining accurate records of opportunities
• contributing to partnership agreements
• representing Barelam Tech in virtual meetings and industry discussions

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to clinical and business stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze healthcare markets, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with hospital leaders and distributors.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple opportunities, and meet agreed timelines and targets.
• Comfort with online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
