Comarch develops advanced IT solutions, including ERP, DMS, WMS, MES, APS, and BI systems, for mainly medium-sized manufacturing and trading companies.
задачи
- Acquire new clients from the medium-sized manufacturing and trading sectors;
- Conduct consultative sales, providing business advice and analyzing needs for ERP, DMS, WMS, MES, APS, and BI system implementations;
- Prepare offers for strategic contracts in cooperation with the team leader;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business partners;
- Conduct business discussions, presentations, and negotiations;
- Achieve established sales targets.
требования
- Experience in consultative or B2B sales, including the ability to understand client processes and select solutions that address their real needs;
- Analytical and technical skills, including confident use of spreadsheets and ERP/BI tools;
- Ability to use AI tools in daily work;
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Confidence in negotiations and presentations for company owners and managers;
- Independence and determination to manage the full sales process;
- Higher education;
- Valid category B driving licence;
- Nice to have: Experience in the IT/software industry.
