BD Manager

Henkel is a global company operating in sectors such as chemical manufacturing, offering professional beauty care products and solutions.

• Be responsible for Beauty Care Professional business results in Kazakhstan and other given distributor countries in the CAC region;
• Collaborate with the global, regional, and local team for the success of the Beauty Care Professional business;
• Create strategies and concepts, ensure launches and re-launches, and present them to the distributors and key customers in countries;
• Maintain close and effective cooperation with the Kazakhstan and other given distributors;
• Support the perfect execution of the annual masterplan;
• Implement global Sales KPIs and processes;
• Set up ideal education and training structures for hairdressers;
• Develop proposals for key activities per country including assortment, communication, services, trainings, and events;
• Conduct short term and midterm planning per brand and segment based on top-down planning framework;
• Build and continuously improve market knowledge through fact finding missions and market research.

• Hold a high university degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or finance;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in managing a business, preferably in B2B within an international company or environment;
• Possess experience in distributor management, sales, and marketing management;
• Demonstrate financial knowledge on the managerial level including budgeting, financial control, and cost effectiveness;
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Possess a hands-on and outgoing personality to connect with partners, clients, and other Henkel departments;
• Nice to have: proficiency in other regional languages such as Georgian and Armenian.
