BD Manager

PlayFlex.io is a B2B iGaming technology company providing platform solutions for online casinos.

• Promote and acquire new clients for technology solutions, including iGaming platform, game aggregation, and affiliate platform;
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, aggregators, and strategic partners;
• Generate new opportunities through existing network, outbound outreach, and industry events;
• Deliver product presentations and commercial proposals;
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business;
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM, and revenue forecasts;
• Collaborate with Product and Management to ensure customer requirements align with platform capabilities;
• Represent the company at international iGaming conferences and exhibitions.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the iGaming industry;
• Proven experience selling platform, white-label, game aggregator, sportsbook, affiliate platform or turnkey solutions;
• Existing network of operator contacts and strong industry relationships;
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value commercial deals;
• Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, game providers, payment solutions, and licensing;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Professional English (B2 level or higher);
• Willingness to travel internationally;
• Ability to work from Cyprus is preferred.
