Optimize Integration Group (OIG) specializes in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, and storage solutions.

Expand fruit sales channels across Kazakhstan and Central Asian markets, targeting wholesale markets, retail chains, and HoReCa buyers;
Develop localized sales strategies for imported Chinese fresh fruit categories to achieve sales targets;
Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with local distributors through regular visits;
Identify and develop B2B clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and quoting to contract signing;
Track order fulfillment, coordinate payment collections, and ensure client satisfaction;
Collect and communicate client feedback on product quality, packaging, and pricing to the supply chain team;
Monitor import policies, quarantine standards, currency fluctuations, and competitor activities;
Produce market analysis reports to support procurement and pricing decisions;
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless origin sourcing, cold-chain transportation, and customs clearance at Khorgos Port;
Assist in optimizing logistics efficiency by utilizing the China-Kazakhstan "green channel" policies.
требования
Associate degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, or related fields;
3+ Years of local channel sales or client development experience in Kazakhstan;
Established local sales channel resources in the fruit and vegetable sector;
Proficient in Russian or Kazakh for business negotiations and presentations;
Basic English or Chinese communication skills;
Understanding of international trade processes and imported fruit customs clearance procedures;
Data analysis capability to identify market opportunities;
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently;
Willingness to travel frequently within Kazakhstan and Central Asia;
Nice to have: Experience in selling imported Chinese fruits, existing relationships with Altyn Orda wholesale market, knowledge of "green channel" customs processes and cold-chain logistics, experience in building or managing a local sales team, valid local driver's license and personal vehicle.
