• Develop and execute strategies to engage and acquire business clients;
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships;
• Identify new sales opportunities;
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and closing;
• Adapt inbound and outbound sales approaches to each lead type and segment;
• Work across taxi and fleet operators, logistics, construction, government, and agriculture;
• Conduct live and offline product demos tailored to client situations and pain points;
• Build and maintain a structured database of target prospects;
• Research companies and map decision-makers;
• Own the CRM pipeline, including stage accuracy, activity logging, and follow-up discipline;
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and call scripts;
• Identify and activate new market segments and partnership channels;
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and product gaps;
• Share client feedback and market insights with product and marketing teams;
• Negotiate contracts and prepare sales reports;
• Represent Borbalo at industry events and client meetings.

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets;
• Ability to run discovery conversations, build a business case, and handle objections confidently;
• Strong communication skills in Georgian and English;
• Organized and self-driven approach to managing a sales pipeline independently;
• Nice to have: Russian, experience in fleet, logistics, SaaS, or IoT, an existing network in logistics, construction, or government, willingness to participate in product videos and promotional content.
