• 2+ Years of experience in B2B sales;
• Proven experience working with mid-market clients;

• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals;
• Solid understanding of CRM best practices and pipeline management;
• High level of autonomy, self-reliance, and accountability for results;
• Willingness to actively network at events;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
