задачи
- Lead the end-to-end solution sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals;
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed targets;
- Deliver tailored product solutions to clients through solar and storage;
- Build long-term relationships through consultative selling and technical know-how;
- Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and conferences.
требования
- Proven track record in B2B sales in PV with a history of hitting or exceeding targets;
- Strong full-cycle sales experience including lead generation, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing;
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and close complex deals;
- Technical aptitude in renewable energy or clean-tech systems such as solar, storage, or EVs;
- Fluent in English and Serbian;
- Willingness to travel within Europe;
- Nice to have: Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
