AdTech business development manager

• Promote our proprietary DSP (Hawk) alongside advanced data-driven solutions (Mobile Proximity, Brand Lift Studies) to media agencies and direct clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop new revenue streams.
• Prospect new business, conduct high-impact sales meetings, build a robust pipeline, and effectively convert opportunities into successfully activated campaigns.
• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with agencies and partners, managing the full sales cycle from initial presentation to active business generation.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Commercial Director to prioritize strategic opportunities, and align continuously with our Ad Operations team to ensure technical feasibility, seamless integration, and premium delivery.

• Proven Business Development or Sales experience within the AdTech, Programmatic, or Digital Media industry.
• Deep understanding of DSPs, SaaS platforms, and data-driven advertising ecosystems.
• An established network within Portuguese media agencies and direct advertisers.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear commercial value.
• Strong collaborative skills to thrive in a specialized, agile local team within a multinational framework.
