The company operates an iGaming product serving high-value players through personalized support and player retention services.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned high-value players;
• Provide fast, professional, and friendly support via chat, email, phone, and messenger;
• Consult players on games, bonuses, promotions, and platform features;
• Monitor player activity, identify needs, and prevent potential churn;
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a high level of care;
• Maintain detailed player profiles and ensure an excellent VIP experience at every step;
• Provide proactive consultation and comprehensive support to VIP players;
• Build long-term relationships and increase player satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support, VIP support, or account management in iGaming;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, at C1+;
• Understanding of the iGaming industry, player psychology, and retention techniques;
• High level of empathy and stress resistance;
• Ability to handle demanding clients;
• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Confident PC user and quick learner;
• Readiness to work with CRM and internal systems;
• Experience in proactive calls is a must;
• Nice to have: French, German, experience in conversion, multi-brand, and cross-sales.
