• Create client development plans and strategies;
• Ensure general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with the casino platform team;
• Resolve ongoing issues and problems;
• Forecast and track key project metrics.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills;
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and major business processes;
• 2+ Years of experience in account management and/or customer success management;
• Previous experience creating and implementing strong client relationships.
