• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their goals and objectives
• Communicate proactively with client teams, providing project status updates, identifying opportunities, and managing expectations and needs
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Support accounts by handling service issues, invoicing questions, and research for individual client requests
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of company services in line with customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics and P&L; conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Drive account performance and sales success
• Create, negotiate, and close agreements
• Develop presentations to acquire new partnerships
• Manage partner relationships to increase revenue and improve partnerships
• Manage account portfolio assets and information
• Train key people as needed and introduce them to business requirements and client expectations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
• Contribute to business development, marketing, and sales efforts
• Manage customer travel, including visa processes

• More than 5 years of account or partnership management experience at a game development company
• Four-year degree
• Proven success in sales, business development, and winning new business in High-tech or GameDev
• Ability to identify, clarify, and prioritize key issues
• Ability to work professionally and tactfully with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility in a team-oriented environment
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
