account manager in enterprise technology services

EPAM provides enterprise software products, open source solutions, accelerators, and technology and business services through its portfolio.

• Act as the trusted primary owner of the customer relationship;
• Build deep, long-lasting rapport with C-level executives and key stakeholders;
• Drive account expansion and identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with senior leadership to co-create and execute account growth strategies;
• Understand EPAM’s portfolio of technology and business services and tailor solutions to client needs;
• Take full ownership of the account P&L, including financial performance, revenue targets, profitability, and resource forecasting;
• Serve as the central bridge between the client, internal delivery teams, and Business Unit heads;
• Partner with delivery management to ensure seamless project execution;
• Support business development by qualifying opportunities, contributing to RFPs, crafting proposals, and helping close new deals.

• 4+ Years of experience in client engagement, business development, or technology management;
• Proven, demonstrable history of driving account growth, expanding business, and cultivating high-trust client partnerships;
• Experience managing account P&Ls;
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, modern technology, and enterprise applications;
• Strong relationship-building skills with an established professional network in the region;
• Familiarity with modern software development processes and methodologies;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English;
• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with Financial Services and/or Energy clients.
