Join Novonesis as Account Manager FBB, Baking ME and help drive strategic growth across Central Asia through enzyme-based baking and milling solutions. You will become part of the six-person Baking Middle East sales team, working with regional and global colleagues to bring Novonesis technologies and innovations to customers.

In this regional techno-commercial role, you will combine strategic go-to-market planning with hands-on sales execution. Working independently and with a high degree of ownership, you will translate market developments, customer needs, and baking and milling trends into sustainable sales opportunities across Central Asia. The position has no direct reports.

• Drive strategic growth across Central Asia by translating baking and milling trends, customer needs, and business developments into sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key customers, introduce Novonesis technologies, and co-create solutions and new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial projects and account plans from initial concepts and customer trials through implementation and growth.
• Coordinate with technical service, marketing, and supply operations on trials, demand planning, and order fulfilment.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements, while conducting market visits and sharing relevant market intelligence.

What you'll need to be successful in this role

• An MSc or MBA in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least five years in a relevant role.
• Sales and/or business-development experience, including experience promoting technical products.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Strong commercial acumen and proficient IT skills.
• The ability to travel frequently across Central Asia.
• A strategic and commercially driven approach, with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Strong customer engagement, interpersonal communication, and persuasive presentation skills.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership, stay goal-oriented, and collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the baking or milling ingredients industry.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Curiosity, adaptability, rapid learning, and a structured approach to organisation.

An opportunity to take significant responsibility for a strategically important regional market while working closely with customers, bakeries, formulators, and regional and global colleagues. You will collaborate across sales, technical service, marketing, and supply operations to develop and implement solutions that support customer and business growth.

The position is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with Dubai as a possible alternative location. The role follows an office/hybrid arrangement and combines independent field activity with close collaboration with regional and global colleagues. Business travel of approximately 30–40% across Central Asia is required for customer meetings, market visits, and bakery trials.
