This is a regional strategic individual contributor role with significant influence across markets, customer segments, and functions. You will connect customer, market, competitive, and business insights to drive commercial choices, portfolio priorities, and growth initiatives across the Household Care industry in MEIA.
Own and drive the regional Household Care industry strategy across Laundry, Dishwash, and Professional Cleaning.Translate Global and Business Unit strategies into regional growth priorities, Must Win Battles, portfolio choices, and innovation direction.Develop recommendations on portfolio priorities, value propositions, pricing perspectives, customer segmentation, and go-to-market approaches.Integrate customer, market, competitive, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.Represent the Household Care agenda in regional and global forums and guide discussions on opportunities, threats, and resource priorities.Mobilize and align cross-functional teams to convert strategic choices into measurable business impact.Partner closely with Sales, Business Units, Innovation, Technical Service, Strategic Intelligence & MarCom, Commercial Excellence, Inside Sales, and Global Marketing stakeholders.The opportunity to shape regional strategy and industry priorities.Exposure to senior regional and global stakeholders.A collaborative and inclusive culture that values different perspectives.Opportunities for development, learning, and professional growth.The chance to create scalable impact through biosolutions and innovation.Work closely with regional and global stakeholders across multiple functions.Navigate a complex matrix organization and lead through influence rather than formal authority.Balance strategic thinking with execution and business impact.Travel as required for customer meetings, market visits, industry events, and internal business forums based on business needs.Our purpose guides the way
