Account manager assistant in iGaming

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support our Account Management team. You’ll play a key role in handling day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining accurate data across our internal systems and supporting the smooth execution of daily activities

• Monitor game availability and positioning.
• Update and manage game settings.
• Download, prepare, and share reports with clients.
• Enter and maintain promotions in the promo registry.
• Check and verify data for accuracy.
• Keep clients informed about company updates.
• Support clients with day-to-day requests and questions.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with clients in English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Experience working with large volumes of data, including data entry, processing, uploading, and exporting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, databases, and internal tools.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing or account support roles.
• Language proficiency: Russian — Advanced, English — Intermediate or higher.
