Account Executive in UK (CPaaS)

We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to own new business acquisition and account growth across the EMEA region. This is a remote role - you'll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close - selling our CPaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, fintech, e-commerce, and other verticals with high-volume customer communication needs.

• Own and manage a sales pipeline across the EMEA region, from lead generation through contract close;
• Identify and engage prospective clients needing WhatsApp Business API, SMS, RCS, or push notification solutions;
• Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations tailored to client use cases;
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (marketing, CX, and IT leaders);
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets;
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify upsell opportunities;
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in CRM;
• Stay current on regional messaging regulations (e.g., WhatsApp policy changes, telecom compliance) and the competitive landscape.

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including hands-on sales experience in the Telecom or CPaaS industry (mandatory);
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a new-business sales role;
• Experience selling into EMEA markets; understanding of regional business culture and buying cycles;
• Strong consultative selling skills — able to translate technical capabilities (APIs, messaging channels) into business value;
• Solid understanding of telecom or CPaaS products, solutions, and sales cycles;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment;
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Existing network of contacts in fintech, e-commerce, or telecom across EMEA;
• Experience selling WhatsApp Business Solution, messaging APIs, or similar customer engagement solutions;
• Additional languages (French, German, Spanish).
