account executive in AI CRM

• Deliver against revenue targets and key performance metrics;
• Generate new business opportunities in an assigned territory, manage the pipeline, opportunities, forecasting, and other outside sales activities;
• Manage the end-to-end SMB sales process and resources to execute winning solution sales strategies;
• Establish relationships with VP and C-level buyers in Business and IT;
• Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations;
• Focus on new logo acquisition and manage existing account relationships to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities;
• Work with all customer functions, including executive personnel, customer stakeholders, architecture, operations, design, vendor management, innovation, sourcing, and procurement.

• At least 3 years of experience in SMB SaaS platform sales;
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;
• Deep understanding of executive-level SMB sales and methodologies;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
• A 4-year degree, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn;
• Intermediate English;
• Nice to have: Experience in the CRM/BPM software space.
