• Ongoing cooperation with agency clients and subcontractors on projects being carried out.
• Verifying that activities are carried out correctly based on reports, photographic documentation, and client guidelines.
• Preparing reports, summaries, presentations, and project overviews for agency clients.
• Monitoring project progress and updating schedules and the status of individual tasks.
• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation and materials provided by subcontractors.
• Preparing and providing product materials, advertising materials, packshots, and key visuals required for project delivery.
• Supporting the preparation, updating, and adaptation of advertising materials in accordance with client guidelines.
• Monitoring deadlines for assigned tasks and reporting any discrepancies or delays.
• Collecting, organizing, and archiving project documentation and advertising materials.
• Ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team on organizational and operational matters.
• Supporting Account Managers in their day-to-day client service and order fulfillment.

• Good organizational skills, accuracy, and punctuality.
• Ability to work with data and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and business partners.
• Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, particularly when checking materials and documentation.
