• Convert leads into new Dext customers
• Prospect through Zoom lists, Salesforce, and LinkedIn/Sales Nav
• Develop and demonstrate consultative selling techniques
• Create a strong first impression and provide high-quality service
• Generate a set number of demos each month
• Meet monthly revenue targets
• Achieve monthly call and email quotas
• Reach the monthly target for self-generated demos
• Own the full sales cycle, from outreach and demos to closing, while supporting strategic goals in alignment with the Head of New Business

• 3+ Years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech, with strong outbound experience
• Confidently manage the full 360° sales cycle
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and adapting the approach
• Build rapport and trust with decision-makers
• Negotiate, overcome objections, and close high-quality deals
• Bring structure and strategy to every stage of the sales funnel
• Clearly articulate product value and tailor messaging to different audiences
• Actively listen, identify customer pain points, and respond with suitable solutions
• Resilient when deals get difficult or priorities shift; motivated by closing and continuously improving work processes
