Account Executive, Italian-Speaking

Based in Italy

The Account Executive will work closely with the sales leadership team to drive new business across Enterprise accounts in their territory. This is a full-cycle sales role — from prospecting through close — ideal for a proven top performer with a track record selling B2B technology solutions. Success in this role is measured by consistently hitting and exceeding new logo and revenue targets for the region.

• Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize sales of Bitsight products and services
• Hunt new logo accounts through proactive outreach, prospecting campaigns, and disciplined pipeline-building
• Accurately forecast deals on a monthly and quarterly basis for leadership
• Maintain accurate account and contact information within the CRM for all assigned accounts
• Monitor the competitive landscape — pricing, products, and market initiatives
• Work cross-functionally within Bitsight to define and drive territory plans that expand Bitsight’s footprint in the region
• Articulate the business and technical value of Bitsight’s product offerings to prospects and customers

• 3–5+ years of sales experience, including selling software/technology products
• Proven track record selling Enterprise-level software; cybersecurity or cyber risk management experience highly valued
• Fluency in English and Italian required
• Previous experience in the Italian market required; French or Middle East market experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to sell into and build relationships at the C-level
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of Bitsight’s products, with the ability to keep sales presentations current as offerings evolve
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Comfortable delivering timely, accurate sales reporting (forecasts, pipeline, business plans)

The compensation elements outlined below represent a good faith estimate effective as of the date of this posting and may be modified in the future. The total rewards package for this position includes:

40,100.00 - 60,240.00 EUR Annual

Commission - Commissions, 75,000.00 EUR Annual
