Picnic’s Recruitment team finds talent worldwide and persuades candidates to join the company. Picnic operates a sustainable business model and uses fully electric vehicles.

Work with recruiters and internal teams to understand requirements for open positions
Source potential candidates using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques, and approach them to explore opportunities at Picnic
Support creative strategies for building talent pipelines
Share ideas to improve talent pipeline processes and recruitment outcomes
Help with recruitment events and initiatives, including a Business Course event for potential Analyst candidates
требования
Currently pursuing studies in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field
Prior internship or working-student experience, preferably in active sourcing or recruiting
Ambitious and willing to generate and share ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative team player
Будет плюсом: Dutch, German, or French; familiarity with Greenhouse or curiosity to learn it

Internship
Gross hourly wage of €16,75 (all inclusive)
