Picnic offers grocery shopping, with a focus on making the experience effortless, considered, and deeply human across web and other product surfaces.

• Own end-to-end design, taking responsibility for the quality of features from initial insight through launch
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to clarify problems and define design directions grounded in exploratory research
• Design responsive desktop and mobile web experiences using browser-native patterns and accessibility standards
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes and test them with customers weekly
• Document interaction and UI design requirements, support developers during implementation, and ensure the experience is delivered as intended
• Contribute to Picnic’s design system and shared libraries, and explore new design ideas

• Degree in a relevant design field, such as CMD, UX, Interaction, or Product Design
• 3–6 Years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and solutions to real problems at scale
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Collaborative, low-ego approach to building solutions
• Ability to work with ambiguity, ask the right questions, form a point of view, and independently drive toward a direction
• Curiosity about AI as a design tool and as a feature in products
• Strong communication skills, including presenting work, explaining decisions, and engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent English
• Availability to work on-site full time
