• Build and grow a portfolio of technology clients;
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement;
• Source and place technology professionals across specialist markets;
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships;
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets with support from advertising and marketing teams.

• Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or a similar professional market;
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating placements;
• Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach;
• Advanced communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

• Base salary up to £40k plus uncapped commission;
