Technical recruiter in software engineering

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers, and placement.
• Recruit experienced technology professionals across international markets.
• Partner with client's HR and hiring managers to clarify technical requirements, evaluate candidate suitability, and advise on recruitment decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies, identify relevant candidates, and build long-term professional relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess technical background and motivation, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage candidate and client communication throughout the process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, including the effective use of AI and recruitment technologies.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency or RPO- set up, with a strong focus on technical / IT positions - at least 2 years
• Proven experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, data, or related technical roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
• Practical experience recruiting candidates across different countries and international markets.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Fluent English and the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and candidates.
• A proactive, independent working style, sound professional judgement, and a genuine interest in technology and recruitment.
