Technical recruiter in pharma

We are recruiting an IT Recruiter for a leading project in the pharmaceutical sector! If you have experience in recruiting Technology & IT profiles and enjoy working closely with different stakeholders, partners and business teams, this could be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a professional to support the growth of a new operation in Lisbon, taking an active role in recruiting technology talent and coordinating external recruitment partners.

• Recruit technology talent
• Coordinate external recruitment partners

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment of IT profiles
• Experience defining and implementing sourcing strategies
• Experience managing stakeholders and following up with recruitment suppliers or partners
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, focused on Technology & IT profiles
• Fluent English is required
• Strong communication, organization and priority management skills
• Able to ensure an excellent candidate experience and act as a strategic partner to the different stakeholders and teams involved in growing the operation

• Hybrid work (3 days per week in the office)
