UX/UI designer in retail media

Desde HAYS estamos colaborando con una compañía internacional líder en el sector retail, inmersa en un proceso de evolución de sus productos y canales digitales, para incorporar un/a Senior UX/UI Designer especializado/a en entornos de Product Design y Retail Media. La posición se integrará en un área de nueva creación y tendrá responsabilidad sobre la definición y evolución de la experiencia UX/UI de soluciones de Retail Media en web y app. Buscamos un perfil senior con una visión integral de Product Design, capaz de combinar las necesidades del usuario con objetivos de negocio, datos, requisitos de producto y condicionantes tecnológicos.

• Define and develop the UX/UI direction for Retail Media solutions across web and mobile applications.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives and technical requirements into clear and intuitive digital experiences.
• Participate throughout the end-to-end Product Design process, from discovery and research to design, delivery and continuous optimisation.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, customer insights and product KPIs to support design decisions.
• Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and solution validation.
• Lead ideation sessions and workshops involving Product, Business, Technology and other relevant stakeholders.
• Create concepts, user flows, interaction designs and prototypes.
• Contribute to product planning, prioritisation and refinement processes.
• Represent the customer perspective in product and business discussions.
• Ensure digital solutions meet appropriate standards of usability, accessibility, consistency and inclusive design.
• Contribute to the development and adoption of Design Systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams, effectively managing different stakeholder priorities.
• Contribute to the responsible adoption of AI-supported methodologies and tools within design and product development.

• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience within UX/UI Design, Product Design or related disciplines.
• Solid experience across the complete Product Design lifecycle, including discovery, research, ideation, design, validation, delivery and optimisation.
• Experience designing digital products and services across web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of User-Centred Design, Interaction Design, usability and prototyping.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Good understanding of product KPIs, conversion and digital customer journeys.
• Experience conducting or participating in user research and usability testing.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional Product and Technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design and Design Systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide structure in complex or ambiguous environments.
• Strong business awareness and ability to balance customer experience and commercial objectives.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
