• Shape exceptional UI and UX from early concepts through polished delivery, using available tools to explore directions, work faster, and ensure experiences are intuitive, effective, and delightful
• Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft short specs, and identify risks, edge cases, and initial approaches before design work, aligning quickly with the team
• Use Cursor and Claude Code to turn concepts into interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code, choosing between code and Figma as appropriate
• Co-create with product managers and engineers from the start, define UX requirements early, contribute through QA and release, and make engineering-aware design decisions
• Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, use findings to adjust direction, and track funnels, retention, and adoption to assess design effectiveness
• Identify high-leverage product improvements from the backlog, align stakeholders around them, and deliver quickly

• Solve complex problems, think from first principles, structure ideas clearly, resist bias, and attend to important details
