Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs, advise on hiring strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment for high-stakes technical roles
Set and manage recruiting timelines, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep processes on track
Analyze candidate pipelines, recruitment performance, and talent market trends, and deliver weekly reports to management and stakeholders
Support employer branding initiatives, talent mapping, recruitment events, and university relations across EMEA
Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens to assess technical expertise and cultural fit
Guide hiring managers in designing interview processes, structuring panels, and defining evaluation criteria
Improve the candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes
Lead long-term projects to enhance team capabilities and support urgent hiring needs across other areas or functions

Demonstrated excellence in sourcing, assessing, and hiring engineering talent
Experience managing relationships with hiring teams and business partners, assessing talent needs, and developing hiring plans
Passion for recruiting and commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Ability to adopt new technologies, systems, and tools
Ability to use recruitment analytics to identify root causes, solve problems, and share actionable insights
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
